The full-day event was hosted under the theme \u201cONE OF ONE\u201d to exemplify FTG\u2019s uniqueness in the industry. It brought together over 200 attendees, comprised of industry experts, FTG\u2019s member companies and corporate staff members, to celebrate the company\u2019s strong performance in 2023, customer successes and the presentation of company awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frank Gaspari, founder and CEO of Flex Technology Group, kicked off the event by welcoming attendees, sharing his future-state vision for the company and outlining FTG\u2019s impressive results in 2023. FTG experienced double-digit growth during this past fiscal year, posting a record $434 million in revenue and achieving an equally impressive 9% organic growth in 2023, resulting in $75 million in organic growth over the past two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding to FTG\u2019s significant revenue milestones was another record year of maintaining 97% client retention of its 30,000 coast-to-coast customers and the addition of 1,800 new customers to the FTG customer base. FTG\u2019s new customers include prominent enterprise accounts from every vertical market, notable hospitals and mega medical centers across the nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis has been an exciting year for FTG and we are extremely optimistic about our opportunities for continued growth in the year ahead.
