The company started the HR consulting offering in 2008 after hearing about business challenges customers were experiencing. These customer struggles were similar to the ones GreatAmerica had worked through on its path to success and so the company created a separate suite of HR services to help its customers with hiring, sales training and cultivating culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
