The results of the 2023 Star Tribune Top Workplaces in Minnesota are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses from over 5,000 invited companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2023 Top Workplaces in Minnesota award represents a significant accomplishment for Coordinated Business Systems. “Receiving this award for the fifth year in a row reflects the dedication of our team.
