Schaumburg, IL (Jan. 25, 2023)<\/em> \u2014 Pulse Technology announced today that Will Miceli has been promoted to the position of service manager. As Pulse continues to expand with the construction of a new office and warehouse facility in Merrillville, Indiana, the role of the company\u2019s service manager has expanded. The responsibilities of this new position will include overseeing the Pulse\u2019s team of dispatchers, multiple warehouse facilities, and the organization\u2019s award-winning team of service technicians at the company\u2019s Illinois and Indiana locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Palatine, Illinois, native earned an Associate\u2019s Degree from Harper College and has continued to further his education in the industry by earning certifications from Sharp, Epson, Kyocera, HP and Oki. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miceli said, \u201cAs we continue our expansion into Indiana with a new facility, the role that our warehouse team, technicians and dispatchers play will become even more critical. I\u2019m glad to have the chance, as service manager, to help with this expansion.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
