UBEO Business Services added yet another dealer to its stable, expanding its geographic footprint into New Hampshire with the acquisition of Seacoast Business Machines. Meanwhile, Atlantic Business Systems (ABS), which Novatech acquired this past summer, is transitioning its branding to Novatech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is believed to be the third deal made by UBEO in 2022, which also acquired Centric Business Systems and ADS Imaging Solutions earlier this year. In addition to Atlantic Business Systems, Novatech also obtained ManagedPrint this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SBM has established itself as the preeminent document management solutions provider in New Hampshire. Since 1984, they have been a well-respected company delivering products and services to the business community with a high level of integrity. With Seacoast\u2019s two locations, UBEO will expand its East Coast footprint into another major market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
