Rockland, MA (Sept. 28, 2022)<\/em> \u2014 Bay Copy, a leader in managed print services and technology for more than 50 years, has named Rockland resident Dianna Knudsen to the position of dispatcher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her role will include scheduling service technician calls for their clients, as well as assisting in the company\u2019s billing department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knudsen comes to Bay Copy from Arbella Insurance, where she worked in data entry and on the commercial side of the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Braintree, Massachusetts, native is a graduate of Blue Hills Vocational Technical School in Canton, where she studied automotive repair. Prior to her work in the insurance industry, she worked at a well-known automotive service station in the Braintree area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and outdoor activities with friends. Knudsen also enjoys traveling, and Norway has been one of her destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
