Software integrations can often be game-changers when forging a partnership with a well-known and ubiquitous player. In the case of WestFax<\/a> and its secure cloud fax solution, the ability to integrate with PaperCut MF\u2014one of the leading print management platforms on the market\u2014poises the Greenwood Village, Colorado-based firm to gain significant momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to WestFax President and Founder Barry Clark, it\u2019s the first time a third-party fax provider has worked with PaperCut\u2019s Developer Relations team to create a custom plug-in for the PaperCut MF platform. The project has been in development for approximately six months and is available now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWestFax is excited to offer this new integration option with PaperCut,\u201d Clark said. \u201cOur customers can now enjoy the ease of integration PaperCut offers with the WestFax world-class TDM fax platform.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clark notes that many of his firm\u2019s Xerox partners (WestFax is a preferred vendor) take advantage of PaperCut MF through the Xerox App Gallery. Many of these partners expressed to Clark the desire to have a WestFax-PaperCut MF integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe contacted PaperCut and worked closely with them to find some of the integration pain points, and we helped eliminate those to make it a really slick integration for secure cloud faxing,\u201d Clark noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, any customer already using or looking to use WestFax or PaperCut MF have a simplified, secure way to integrate printing and faxing workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
