(BMP) of Greensboro, North Carolina. Meanwhile, Clover Imaging Group obtained Phoenix Direct, an e-commerce fulfillment and marketing services firm based in Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DEX Imaging, the largest independent dealer of document imaging technology in the United States, added to its substantial portfolio by reeling in BMP.
