Prosperity Plus acted as an advisor to Bill Moyer, All\/Pro&#8217;s president throughout the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located in Alton, Illinois, All\/Pro Office Technology has been serving the greater St. Louis area for more than 20 years. All Pro&#8217;s president, Bill Moyer, was looking for a group to take over the business as he moves into retirement. Moyer stated, \u201cI wanted my customers who have become my friends, to continue getting the same great service or even better than All\/Pro has provided them for 29 years.
