Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re focused on\u202fstrengthening our U.S.\u202fsmall and midsize business (SMB) market\u202freach\u202fthrough the\u202fcombined power of\u202four\u202fportfolio of workplace solutions for SMBs and well-established\u202flocal technology providers,&#8221; said Joanne Collins Smee, chief commercial, SMB and channels officer at Xerox.\u202f&#8221;As part of Xerox Business Solutions (XBS),\u202fDocument Systems&#8217; document management expertise will\u202fhelp us elevate\u202fthe customer experience, improve productivity and power\u202fgrowth for SMBs.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SMBs turned to automation, digitization and security to emerge stronger from the pandemic, according to Xerox&#8217;s State and Fate of Small and Medium Business survey.
