Little Rock, ARK (April 5, 2021)<\/em> \u2014 For the fifth straight year, Datamax Arkansas has earned the coveted Canon Association of Technical Service Professionals (ATSP) National Service Recognition Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This accolade once again puts Datamax\u2019s service team in elite company, demonstrating the company\u2019s commitment to enabling service personnel with the ongoing skills and expertise to provide a superior client experience. To qualify, dealerships must have 75 percent of its service representatives certified, equating to hundreds of hours in online and model-specific training for individual technicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThese technicians, and their supervisors, have a tremendous amount of pride when it comes to obtaining this award. I commend them all for their efforts,\u201d Datamax Arkansas Service Manager Mark McKinney says. \u201cThey care deeply about the level of service they are capable of providing, and in the overall success of this company, and I think this ATSP certification reflects that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ATSP program consists of six core exams, with several modules included with each exam, along with an equipment-specific test. The job function-based exams are designed to measure both the knowledge and the demonstration of the skills that are required in real-world settings for a support professional against a set of standards for competency and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farrell, vice president and general manager, engineering services and solutions, Business Information Communications Group at Canon USA. \u201cThis achievement clearly demonstrates your dedication and commitment to providing superior customer service.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, this ATSP certification provides Datamax priority access to Canon\u2019s Tier 3 support, bringing in the highest level of expertise for troubleshooting and faster resolution to unique Canon equipment issues a client may face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
