The acquisition is Asolvi\u2019s seventh in the last five years and its second in Germany in the last four months. Nuremberg, Germany-based perform IT was formed in 2003. Its unique SaaS platform is used by a wide range of manufacturers and dealers in the managed print, office equipment and, increasingly, managed IT sectors to analyze, plan and optimize customers\u2019 existing equipment and processes.
