Norwalk, CT (March 4, 2021)<\/em> \u2014 Xerox Holdings Corporation (NYSE: XRX), a global workplace technology company, announced the addition of Nichelle Maynard-Elliott and Margarita Pal\u00e1u-Hern\u00e1ndez to the slate of nominees to be elected to its board of directors at its annual shareholders meeting on May 20. The additions will bring the total number of directors to nine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also serves on the board of directors of Element Solutions, a global diversified specialty chemicals company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
