Bellevue, NE (March 5, 2019)<\/em> \u2014 Tigerpaw Software, creator of the technology services industry\u2019s first and most complete business automation platform, has named managed print services industry expert West McDonald its new vice president of Business Development.<\/p>\n

McDonald spent the past 15 years exclusively in the office equipment channel, sharing his expertise on alternative billing models, such as seat-based billing and flat-rate billing, to help partners and clients excel in managed print and converged services. He is a two-time recipient of The 40 Most Influential in the Imaging Industry award as well as an ENX Magazine<\/em> Difference Maker.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are committed to revolutionizing the managed print\/office equipment space,\u201d says Tigerpaw President and CEO James Foxall. \u201cIn order to do that it was important to us that we bring DNA from the industry into Tigerpaw. His main responsibilities will include establishing and enhancing relationships with strategic partners, assisting in the refinement of product offering and positioning, representing Tigerpaw at industry events and creating educational content in the form of webinars, blog posts and how-to guides.<\/p>\n
