Since the promotion, Sutton has been assisting the company to reach new heights. He is a dynamic member of a leadership team recognized for running one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. magazine for the 12th time in the past 13 years, showing a three-year growth from his sales team of 59 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Recognized as the top Document Solutions Reseller in North America by Konica Minolta a year ago, Novatech\u2019s sales are up double digits year-over-year and the organization is constantly seeking experienced salespersons to keep up with the demand.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe recruit the best of the best \u2013 nimble, knowledgeable and ready to seek success in a changing world of office technology,\u201d Sutton stated. The focus on quality relationships modeled by Sutton has been a key trait he attributes to his success, and part of the ambition he seeks to impart in his team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI started out just wanting to be part of this industry \u2013 I always liked IT, and when I had the opportunity to move into sales and IT management, I jumped at it. I knew I could help the company grow and now I have even more opportunities to make things happen,\u201d added Sutton, who joined the industry in the mid-&#8217;90s and has extensive sales and IT management experience. \u201cWe have goals to make Novatech the dominant IT services and solutions provider in all the markets that we serve and we\u2019re already on our way to doing that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Known for 19 years as NovaCopy, the company rebranded in April 2018 to Novatech as it repositioned itself in the industry to better improve the efficiency and dependability of customers\u2019 office and IT operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe became Novatech, a holistic IT solutions and managed services provider, allowing us to expand our strategic planning and technology consulting into the customer workspace, but we still continue to offer office hardware and other ancillary options in the markets we serve,\u201d said Sutton. \u201cAnd, this is all in addition to the state-of-the-art 3D printing technology we offer.
