This comment comes from a solutions provider that has done business with Ricoh in the past.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRicoh was one of our largest customers and we still suffer a little bit because of that. They have not come back and they\u2019ve got a lot of tough years ahead of them to become relevant again. I think the whole company is not on the same page for direction and moving forward. It\u2019s sad.
