I could use a break even though it\u2019s going to be a short one.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, I have a fun read for you this week. It\u2019s always fascinating to hear what office technology dealers expect from their manufacturers. By and large those great expectations aren\u2019t unrealistic at all. This is a topic I\u2019ve written about before although I haven\u2019t delved into it for at least seven years now. Now that I\u2019ve got the seven-year itch, I\u2019m doing it again. This week we\u2019re going to hear from several dealers and if all goes according to plan, next week I\u2019ll present the manufacturer\u2019s perspective on what they expect from their dealers.<\/p>\n<p>Are you curious about remanufactured color toner? Check out David Cameron\u2019s piece in this issue for some of the early results in his reman color toner survey. And please assist him in his efforts, by adding your two cents.
