The contract was awarded to Xerox following an open and competitive sourcing event.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEducational institutions continue to struggle with budget uncertainties while embracing a path of digital transformation through technology,\u201d said Larry Isaak, MHEC president. \u201cWe actively sought a partner who could deliver the digital strategies and cost-effective solutions to all educational institutions, both large and small. Xerox responded with a turnkey solution that will enable us to take advantage of the company\u2019s wide-ranging portfolio of products and services\u2014all under one contract.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MHEC includes 12 Midwestern states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin).
