Carrying on ECi\u2019s practice of building strong customer relationships, Miller will focus on providing the best solutions to meet customers\u2019 needs to help them reach their goals, grow their businesses and drive their profits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSam has a proven track record as a top software industry leader with a strong customer-centric skillset,\u201d said ECi President and COO, Trevor Gruenewald. \u201cHe is a natural fit for ECi and brings high energy and a systematic approach to his leadership. In his most recent position as Senior Vice President of Inside Sales and GM Mid-Market, Miller was responsible for leading the Dell EMC North America Commercial inside sales organization with $14 billion in revenue, 1,500 team members, and 182,000 public and commercial customers.<\/p>\n<p>Miller commented, \u201cI am extremely excited to join the ECi team.
