It was a very rewarding investment for not just our press operators, but our management staff as well.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A little over a month later, dgc has already realized measurable production rewards. \u201cFirst of all, make-ready is substantially faster and overall product quality is noticeably enhanced. Second, throughput has been accelerated by between 10% and 15% on cold foil projects. And third, we\u2019re experiencing about a 15% to 20% reduction in material use. This element alone has translated to $1000 to $2500 in additional profits, depending upon the job. The programs paid for itself in the first week. How many vendors tell you they\u2019re going to make you faster, better, and more profitable\u2026 and then do it?
