Protect the confidentiality of print and scan data in the PlotWave 550 controller&#8217;s hard disk with the Disk Encryption License and TPM (Trusted Platform Module), based on Microsoft Windows\u00ae BitLocker Drive Encryption Technology. Both the TPM and the BitLocker functionality used for data encryption are FIPS 140-2 level 1 validated. Additional security options include a Removable Hard Drive Kit which gives users the ability to remove and lock away the system&#8217;s hard drive.<\/p>\n<p>Like the previously released Oc\u00e9 PlotWave 450 system, the new large format printing system is made with busy professionals in mind.
