This is the first of several acquisitions slated for 2015 that will increase DEX Imaging\u2019s annual revenues beyond $200 million.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement at the closing, Dan Doyle Jr, DEX Imaging\u2019s CEO, said, \u201cThe addition of Mid-South bolsters DEX Imaging\u2019s dominance in Tennessee and expands our branch operations footprint to include the state of Mississippi and eastern Arkansas.
