Data-Mail\u00a0provides in-house services for all aspects of direct mail production for some of the largest companies\u00a0and advertising agencies in the country, including Blue Chip companies in financial services, retail,\u00a0publishing, healthcare, insurance, telecom, and high tech.<\/p>\n<p>As part of its commitment to innovation, Data-Mail was an early adopter of high-speed color inkjet\u00a0technology. In 2011, the company partnered with Canon Solutions America on the acquisition and\u00a0installation of an Oc\u00e9 JetStream\u00ae 2200 inkjet printing system. As demand for high-speed variable color\u00a0continued to grow, Data-Mail installed another Oc\u00e9 JetStream printer in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>To further support their customers\u2019 growing demand for even more creative personalized color print\u00a0application development, the company added an Oc\u00e9 ColorStream 3900 high-volume inkjet printer to its\u00a0production fleet in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bruce Mandell, president of Data-Mail, the Oc\u00e9 JetStream 2200 presses got their\u00a0customers thinking about new applications that pushed the boundaries of full-color, personalized, and\u00a0customized print production. \u201cAs clients were introduced to high-speed color personalization, they\u00a0started envisioning new applications, which created the need for full-color personalized print\u00a0production\u00a0 and short-run application testing,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The Oc\u00e9 ColorStream 3900 inkjet printing system proved to be the right fit with its extreme reliability,\u00a0consistency, fast cleaning technology, and capability to run its twin engines independently. In addition,\u00a0the press ramps up to color production speeds very quickly, making small runs more cost effective. \u201cFull-color personalization is a new and evolving market,\u201d said Mandell. \u201cIt\u2019s not just about introducing an\u00a0exciting new technology to our clients; it\u2019s about being confident in our ability to deliver.
