Elk Grove Village, IL, Feb. 9, 2015 –<\/em> Des Plaines Office Equipment (www.dpoe.com), the Chicago area\u2019s\u00a0leading provider of managed print services, managed network services, and related technology, today\u00a0announced the promotion of Michelle Sunny of Palatine, IL to the position of Marketing Coordinator.<\/p>\n

In this role, she will oversee the growing firm\u2019s website and e-mail marketing programs and event\u00a0planning, as well as coordinating with the social media channels.<\/p>\n

Ms. Sunny joined Des Plaines Office Equipment nearly two years ago and prior to her recent promotion\u00a0worked in both the service department as well as inside sales and service. \u00a0Prior to joining Des Plaines Office Equipment, she was a Coordinating Shipper for Wholesales Interior,\u00a0located in Bensonville.<\/p>\n

Her work at Des Plaines Office Equipment complements her outside interests in illustrating. As a\u00a0freelancer, she has provided illustrations for authors of children\u2019s books, one of which has already been\u00a0published. She is a graduate of Westwood College in Du Page, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in\u00a0Animation. She also has experience in graphic design and previously worked for a website company\u00a0helping with design and photo restoration used in their banners and websites.<\/p>\n

The native of Australia has been in the United States for the past 13 years. She retains ties to her native\u00a0land by working with the Australian Consulate in Chicago.<\/p>\n
