Documents are scanned in color, black and white, or\u00a0grayscale and simultaneously shared via email, stored on the network, saved on USB drives, sent to\u00a0networked printers and copiers, or transmitted to a network folder that DocuWare monitors,\u00a0automatically delivering scanned images to a virtual \u2018in basket\u2019 for further processing.<\/p>\n<p>The SCANMATES provide color scanning up to 40 pages per minute (ppm) and Kodak Alaris&#8217; Perfect Page\u00a0technology includes state of the art enhancement functions that improve the image quality of scanned\u00a0documents.
