Although I guess it\u2019s new news if you didn\u2019t know already.<\/p>\n<p>To succinctly summarize, one of the office imaging industry\u2019s leading print publications, <em>ENX,<\/em> has merged with one of the office imaging industry\u2019s leading digital publications, The Week in Imaging. With the merger, I take on the role of editorial director of both publications while Susan Neimes serves as managing editor and publisher of both publications.<\/p>\n<p>As of the end of September, the two Websites have been redesigned and merged into a single site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/\">www.enxmag.com<\/a>. There you\u2019ll find the digital version of <em>ENX<\/em> and the latest industry news as well as exclusive weekly content, including features, interviews, and blogs, complementing the content found in the monthly print version of <em>ENX<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve also merged the two newsletters. The <em>ENX<\/em> newsletter, which was published twice monthly and The Week in Imaging newsletter, which was published weekly, have been combined and are published weekly with content that is unique to both newsletters.<\/p>\n<p>Susan and I are especially thrilled that the annual Elite Dealer Awards, which have been published in The Week in Imaging the past four years will now be presented in the December issue of <em>ENX<\/em>. There you\u2019ll find profiles of all 2014 honorees. Supplemental Elite Dealer content will appear throughout the month of December and January on the Website and in the weekly newsletter.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll also see more changes to the print version of <em>ENX<\/em> in the coming months, including special theme issues in 2015. Make sure you\u2019re on the newsletter subscription list (it\u2019s free) and log into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/\">www.enxmag.com<\/a> weekly for fresh content relevant to the office technology and document imaging channel.<\/p>\n<p>Equally exciting is an alliance between <em>ENX<\/em> and the market research firm, Actionable Intelligence, to host topical, web-based information sessions beginning in December 2015 and at various times in 2015. The first session, \u201c2014: The Year in Review\u201d is scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 11 at 2 PM EST. The one-hour event will offer a comprehensive overview of the year&#8217;s events, including an examination of the market for hardware and consumables, key product introductions, and major events such as a review of M&amp;A activity and legal actions.
