Prior &amp; Nami represents Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp, and Muratec.<\/p>\n<p><em>What\u2019s hot?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nami:<\/strong> In addition to being a copier dealer we provide IT services. We\u2019re upgrading a lot of PCs because of Windows XP not being supported any more. We have a lot of people upgrading to the newer version of Windows and that gets us involved in assisting some clients in updating their drivers and multifunction products. We are definitely seeing a lot of people scanning so we\u2019re working with a lot of clients on setting their MFPs up for scans and setting up folders on a server if they don\u2019t have an IT department. We\u2019re talking about more information going to the cloud and a lot of the manufacturers are promoting that\u2014Canon, Sharp, Konica Minolta.<\/p>\n<p><em>What\u2019s not?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nami:<\/strong> For our smaller dealership compared to the mammoth guys out there, we would like to see our business push more into solutions selling.
