Consider that Lizarazo and her husband, Moody Hamdan, opened AD Solutions in Orlando, Florida in 2009. It coincided with an economic downturn of epic proportions, a.k.a. the Great Recession, which blew through America, wiping out an estimated 200,000 businesses between 2008 and 2010. AD Solutions, however, was not part of the toll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the couple had two young children at the time, it was a bona fide gamble. But Lizarazo was undeterred. As tough as business may have been to conduct during that time, she knew that the company\u2019s trials paled in comparison to those endured by the person responsible partly responsible for realizing the American dream. Her mother, Katty Casallas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A single mother of two from Bogota, Columbia, Casallas moved her family to New York when Natalia was quite young. She was a successful fashion designer, working with the likes of Italian fashion icon Georgio Armani. After moving to Florida, Casallas opened several retail stores and mall kiosks. That she was able to accomplish it all on her own while raising children impressed upon Natalia the idea that no challenge is too great to overcome. A high standard was already set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cShe was able to conquer things that not many could,\u201d said Lizarazo, a 2026 <em>ENX Magazine<\/em> Difference Maker. \u201cMy children motivate me to do better and to have a purpose for them. It was important to show them that they can accomplish anything. I also needed to set an example that proves anything is possible once you put your mind to it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Getting over the Great Depression hump was impressive, but it was another event\u2014the 10-year anniversary of AD Solutions\u2019 debut\u2014that really drove home the notion that Lizarazo was where she belonged. It was held at the Doctor Phillips Center of Performing Arts (CQ), where more than 100 people, from family and friends to team members, clients and partners, shared the truly special occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was an emotional experience for her, surviving and thriving in a world where 65% of businesses close down within 10 years. \u201cIt was a very incredible moment, as was moving into our new building, which is three times bigger,\u201d she said. \u201cThese are moments that are a testament to our dedication and hard work.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"283\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2026-DM-Logo-1-283x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69783\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2026-DM-Logo-1-283x300.png 283w, http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2026-DM-Logo-1-94x100.png 94w, http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/2026-DM-Logo-1.png 301w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 283px) 100vw, 283px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As much as she treasures the success enjoyed by the company, seeing her team members thrive has been equally rewarding. Whether it\u2019s buying a home, getting a fat commission check or enjoying family milestones such as child births and graduations, sharing in those triumphs is a great source of joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being constantly on the go from a work perspective, Lizarazo likes to take 10-minute power naps to help recharge. \u201cIt\u2019s good to pick up my heels and take a little nap now and then,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the personal growth department, one of the goals she\u2019s set for herself is to become a better public speaker. \u201cHonestly, I\u2019d rather dance on a stage,\u201d Lizarazo said. \u201cI\u2019ve taken public speaking classes, and every year I say I\u2019m going to get better at it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Away from the office, the couple has three children; daughters Samira (19) and Camilla (18), as well as a 3 \u00bd-year-old son. Samira attends Ohio State University and Camilla is bound for the University of Miami. Moody and Natalia enjoy watching them in activities such as sports and dance. Of her husband, she playfully added, \u201cHe brings me a smile here and there.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a business footnote, AD Solutions is not her first venture. Lizarazo sold chocolates as a youngster and would occasionally lend her siblings money.
