This year, the organization surveyed more than 20 million employees globally in more than 180 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Great Place to Work methodology involves the Trust Index Survey to gain insight into workplace culture. Employees answer 14 demographic questions and respond to 60 statements across a five-point consistency scale as well as two open-ended questions.
