How BTA National, and what were the key talking points among booth visitors? Grubb: BTA National had a strong turnout and high engagement, likely due to the smaller number of events this year. Our booth was consistently busy, with visitors showing interest in how we’ve evolved our support organization. Many current customers were curious about transitioning to modernized platforms. We also connected with new dealers who were exploring solutions to better support their operations. The overall energy was positive and forward-looking! What are some of the overall trends you’re seeing in the dealer space? Grubb: Dealers are looking to diversify and future-proof their businesses as the print industry is shifting. There’s growing interest in expanding into adjacent services that build on existing infrastructure. Many are rethinking how their systems can support new revenue streams, from inventory to field service. At the same time, they’re identifying areas where their current tools need to evolve to meet these new demands. It’s a time of both reflection and opportunity. How would you characterize the rate at which dealers are embracing e-commerce? Grubb: E-commerce is gaining traction, but adoption remains uneven. Some dealers are diving in, while others are still unsure where to begin. The biggest hurdle tends to be the perceived complexity of implementation. That said, when dealers see peers successfully using online platforms and driving ROI, interest tends to follow. The appetite is growing as more tangible examples emerge.
