Case in point is Tracy Dierolf, who identifies firmly with her company\u2014Edwards Business Systems (EBS) of West Reading, Pennsylvania. She cited one of EBS\u2019 core values, which is \u201cdo the right thing.\u201d It didn\u2019t require the longtime employee to make any adjustments\u2014it\u2019s something she\u2019s long strived to deliver upon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s all part and parcel of who Dierolf is: a dedicated employee whose work ethic encompasses everything a successful firm requires. In that regard, she has been highly conspicuous and unwavering in her dedication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhether it was as a manager helping my team or in my current role help basically the whole company, my problem-solving abilities have made me an impact player,\u201d said Dierolf, a 2025 <em>ENX Magazine<\/em> Difference Maker. \u201cI enjoying helping people learn to be more efficient or finding a solution to a problem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Shippensburg University graduate (BSBA in accounting) began her career as a public accountant, although she didn\u2019t envision herself being a CPA lifer. Following a stint with Herbein + Company as a senior accountant, she landed at EBS in West Reading, Pennsylvania. During the course of nearly 21 years, she\u2019s filled various roles, from assistant controller to reporting and processing specialist and managed IT services coordinator, to her current gig as a special projects manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-thumbnail\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/DM_2025_logo-200x200.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65717\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/DM_2025_logo-200x200.png 200w, http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/DM_2025_logo-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dierolf faced one of her greatest challenges in 2023 when she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Her health prompted the move to special projects manager,  where she focuses on software and solutions. She also helps EBS flourish on the managed services end. While making some adjustments, Dierolf was (and has been) able to remain positive and enjoy the things she loves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI&#8217;ve found joy in my new role, learning and growing, and I don&#8217;t let the disease define me,&#8221; she said. \u201cI\u2019m thankful I made the change. I enjoy working with different software programs and with our IT team.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the biggest influences in Dierolf\u2019s career was not an individual but rather a peer group of industry professionals: the e-automate Users Group. \u201cWhen I became part of that committee, I was in awe of what is needed to run the annual conference,\u201d she remarked. \u201cAlso, the knowledge they have collectively is amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dierolf\u2019s role in enabling EBS to implement e-automate was an illuminating experience for her. As an accountant, she found it important to learn all the intricacies of the program, particularly as it all flows back to the general accounts.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis helped me with the rest of my career path, being a source in our company for assistance and knowledge on the program,\u201d she said. \u201cI discovered how much I enjoyed getting the software set up.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"186\" height=\"408\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Dierolf-FF.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65718\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Dierolf-FF.png 186w, http:\/\/www.enxmag.com\/twii\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Dierolf-FF-137x300.png 137w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 186px) 100vw, 186px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dierolf enjoyed a 2024 that saw the dealership implement AgentDealer (Salesforce) for its sales team. Factoring in all of the customization the program allows, it turned into a considerable project.
