While the office technology reseller sector is still hamstrung by the after-effects of the pandemic that have added downward pressure on revenue performance, this edition of the annual who\u2019s who among U.S. dealers is a clear indication that many of the industry\u2019s top performers are equaling (and in some cases, eclipsing) pre-pandemic sales and profitability levels. Our 2022 list is inclusive of all levels of sales volume, from $2.5-million performers to hundred-million-dollar giants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPerhaps the most significant takeaway from this year\u2019s list is the notion that dealers were well prepared to venture into new, untapped areas of revenue, which has helped to bridge the sales delta in the face of continuously declining print volumes and the increasing need of hybrid solutions,\u201d said Susan Neimes, publisher and managing editor of ENX Magazine<\/em> and ENX The Week in Imaging. \u201cThis resourcefulness had begun to take hold even prior to the pandemic, but as the smoke clears to reveal the changing business landscape, it will continue to serve the dealer community well as it pushes forward into a new era of client engagement.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dealers have also ramped up their marketing outreach initiatives and embraced new tools that can identify end-users who are seeking traditional and ancillary business-enhancement solutions.
