Grigsby has been with the company since 2016 and has been the leader of the accounting and finance department, alongside J.T. Jones, CFO. With expansive growth in IT services, copiers\/printers, and software solutions throughout the Northwest, it became clear that Fisher’s needed to expand its leadership team to better serve team members and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grigsby has served as Fisher\u2019s Controller since 2016, so he has a deep-rooted knowledge of Fisher\u2019s financial and operational functions. He\u2019s a Microsoft Excel master and can effectively communicate complex information, so leaders can make informed decisions faster. He leads by example and is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and dive into a project. Collaborating with Grigsby, team members will find themselves working hard and having a good time too. Grigsby is not a typical number cruncher, he brings the culture and is always good for a laugh. With his time at Fisher\u2019s, Grigsby has played a critical role in multiple acquisitions, increased profitability, and +114% revenue growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining Fisher\u2019s, Grigsby worked in various roles within the treasury, finance, and accounting departments at Micron Technology. He received an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and graduated from The College of Idaho with a bachelor\u2019s degree in business, an emphasis in business management, accounting, and finance, and a minor in leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
