Sanford, NC (Jan. 6, 2022)<\/em> \u2014 Static Control is pleased to announce the launch of its new ecommerce website, called Customer Portal<\/a>. This is the largest upgrade to the website since the company rebranded its home page five years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new platform features many improvements, including live inventory, a streamlined product search capability, pricing information for customers, and an easier check-out process. European users will also have order history including order tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Static Control\u2019s Service Support and Process Manager Teena Palmer was the project team leader for the improved Customer Portal site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe have listened to customer feedback on how the online ordering experience could be improved. With every step of the process of developing this platform, our focus has always been what will be the best for our customers and provide them an easy way to order our products,\u201d said Palmer. \u201cWe are happy to kick-off the new year with introducing simpler ways to do business to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer Portal section of the website continues to feature Static Control\u2019s expansive product catalog and provides key product information for each product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
