The 2019 winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm reviewing each company\u2019s operations, employee enrichment, productivity and financial performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMarco\u2019s positive workplace culture is the foundation our company was built on,\u201d Marco Director of Human Resources Sara Lommel said. \u201cThis award shows us we\u2019ve continued this tradition of putting our employees first and are dedicated to keeping our employees happy in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has identified numerous best human resource practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWith the war on talent hitting the doorsteps of the Best and Brightest, this achievement means even more than it did a year ago.
