UBEO Business Services\u2014a premier provider of printer, copier and document management solutions\u2014continues its rapid expansion with AmPan Business Systems, an information technology and services company based in Port Neches. This acquisition marks UBEO\u2019s seventh since April 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The merger is also a reunion of sorts. Jim Sheffield, president and CEO of UBEO, and Greg Hunt, president of AmPan, were colleagues in the early 1990s when Sheffield hired Hunt to work together in Austin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
