However, because I like to get things done in advance and not have anything hanging over my head, I prepared this issue before I left for Europe. Believe it or not, I started writing this column on Nov. 16. Crazy, huh? That\u2019s how I like to work.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know about you, but I enjoy reading these highlights. It\u2019s amazing to see what these companies, whether they\u2019re focused on solutions, hardware, or services, or any combination, have accomplished in the past year. Some of those highlights are you what you might expect, others somewhat surprising. Altogether it gives me faith in this industry that I stumbled upon completely by accident in 1986 and continue to write about to this day.<\/p>\n<p>While you\u2019re at it, feel free to share this newsletter with others in your dealership or company.
