He joins Static Control after serving as IT director at Circle K\/Couche-Tard, a multinational operator of more than 15,000 convenience stores. During his time there, he created an IT strategy that helped Circle K\/Couche-Tard expand its operating footprint in North America and across the globe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow is an exciting time to be with Static Control,\u201d said Bill Swartz, president of Static Control. \u201cAs our cartridge business grows, it is essential to make sure our framework is built on the firmest foundation, from nuts to bolts.
