Burnsville, MN<\/em> (June 21, 2018) \u2014 Q2, LLC has introduced an exciting new line of problem solving products for office imaging machines, named uniQue by Q2. A number of uniQue products were highlighted at this year\u2019s CDA and IBPI events in Tampa, FL.<\/p>\n

UniQue products are specifically designed to solve performance problems and lower customers costs and are they only available from Q2. Joe Steinberg, partner and co-Founder of Q2, who is responsible for product development explained, \u201cOur customers frequently come to us with ideas on how to improve or modify a product design to lower their service costs. In most cases, Q2 can respond quickly to the needs of our customers because we have the engineering and manufacturing backing to implement uniQue solutions rapidly.\u201d<\/p>\n

One example of a uniQue solution is for charge corona units for Konica Minolta high speed applications. The OEM offers only full assemblies where Q2 offers various rebuild kits that contain enough wires, screens and swabs to rebuild the different units. The savings are significant, it is good for the environment, and it only takes technicians about 15 minutes to complete in the field.<\/p>\n

In another case, Q2 offers a uniQue drum rebuild kit for Ricoh, saving customers over $300 per unit. Similar products are available for almost every OEM line.<\/p>\n
