Her charter is to ensure that Continuum is a great place to work for its more than 1,250 employees located across five global offices. Most recently, Ai-Li was Vice President, Human Resources at Boston Beer Company where she supported 1,500 employees in nine locations. In addition, Ai-Li\u2019s background includes VistaPrint (now Cimpress), Fidelity Human Resource Services and Monitor Group. At The Boston Beer Company, Ai-Li developed and implemented multiple new structures and processes to support more than 20 percent growth and to drive organizational effectiveness, including multiple cultural and engagement initiatives. As Senior Director, Human Resources for VistaPrint, she introduced a new HR strategy and organizational design to drive employee engagement and cultural change as well as led all aspects of HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities for a $6.5 million acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>Ai-Li was also Director, Management Effectiveness for Fidelity Human Resource Services and served Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Monitor Group in various HR roles for more than seven years. Ai-Li has a master\u2019s degree in business administration with distinction from Northwestern University \u2013 Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in management and strategy, marketing and organizational behavior.
