This award, according to Ricoh recognizes the \u201cbest of the best\u201d inside what is considered one of the top dealer networks in the industry.<\/p>\n

Winning the Circle of Excellence Award means ProCopy has exceeded the requirements of the program in the following areas: Service Engineer Skills, Use of Genuine Ricoh Parts & Supplies, Service Organization Structure, Effective Use of Ricoh Resources, Relevant Industry Certificates, Field & Help Desk Productivity & Efficiency, Business Planning & Process Improvement, and Customer Satisfaction Measurement.<\/p>\n
