(IIMAK), a global leader in the development and manufacture of printing, imaging, and marking consumables announces the acquisition of American Ink Jet Corporation (AIJC), effective June 1, 2015. This includes all formulas, brands, manufacturing assets and processes from AIJ to produce and distribute inkjet inks used for wide-format &amp; desktop printers.
