With growth of 29.1 percent, their overall revenues grew to 27.75 million euro. Another factor was the positive development of this ECM specialist\u2019s Cloud business: by the end of 2014, DocuWare Cloud was being used by 3,486 users working for 68 companies.<\/p>\n<p>DocuWare, a global leader in ECM, continues the steep rise in revenue after a successful 2013. \u00a0Total revenues for the fifth year in a row were in double digits; after an increase of almost 25 percent in 2013, the company achieved further growth of 29.1 percent, which meant revenues of 27.75 million euros. Sales generated by Westbrook Technologies (the US software developer purchased by DocuWare in 2013) are included in these results. This meant a healthy 16.2 percent increase for their traditional business. Project turnover generated by their network of Authorized DocuWare Partners generated 120 million euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pole Position for America<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Integration of US-subsidiary Westbrook Technologies within the DocuWare Group was successfully completed by the end of 2014. With this addition, the percentage of revenue generated by the American market grew to 54. The next largest market is the German-speaking European region with 28 percent. The subsidiary with the greatest growth percentage in 2014 was DocuWare SARL in France with 63.4 percent. This was then followed by the English subsidiary DocuWare Ltd with growth of 14.8 percent and the Spanish DocuWare S.L. with 9 percent revenue growth. The consolidated region that represents the rest of the world generated a tenth of the company\u2019s overall revenues. The number of new customers added this year was also positive: for the fourth consecutive year, over 1,000 (1,031) companies worldwide chose DocuWare in 2014.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Partner Concept Successful<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One factor in this past year\u2019s success was the revised Partner concept which was introduced in 2013 and fully implemented in January, 2014. 128 sales Partners actively participated in the program in 2014 and were able to increase their revenue from DocuWare sales by an average of over 50 percent. Worldwide, approximately 500 Authorized DocuWare Partners distribute the proven document management system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DocuWare Cloud \u2013 Break Even in Sight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the company\u2019s Cloud-based ECM solution first introduced in 2012, DocuWare has taken on a pioneering role in this market segment. By the end of 2014, a total of 3,486 users in 68 companies were working with DocuWare Cloud.
