Smithtown, NY, April 27, 2015<\/em> – Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that iTECH San Diego was acquired by Advanced Imaging Solutions (AIS) on April 23, 2015. \u00a0Prosperity Plus acted as an advisor to Gary Harouff of Advanced Imaging Solutions throughout the transaction.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, AIS is an industry leader in Copiers\/MFP, 3D Technology, Network Services, Phones & Solutions markets in Nevada & California.\u00a0 AIS services Nevada and Southern California with four locations. AIS’ mission is to “Exceed our customers’ expectations by providing unparalleled business solutions with leading edge technology products, coupled with unmatched service, supplies and support. iTECH is a copier\/MFP dealership located in San Diego, California owned by Bob Wurzelbacher. \u00a0Bob and his team will remain on with AIS as part of the Southern California group.<\/p>\n
