Paper Jam Error 13.B2.FF “jam in front door”
Figure 1: The registration in the M806/M830 series contains 4 paper sensors – three of which are paper width sensors (PS1, PS2 and PS3) and also top of page sensor (PS4). The registration also has an access plate that lifts (green tab) to expose the sensor flags. Any of the 4 flags obstructed at power on will produce 13.B2.FF where the plate would need to be lifted for inspection as any paper obstruction may not be visible otherwise.
