North Canton, OH (Sept. 30, 2017) — Visual Edge Technology Inc. has completed the acquisition of Waterbury, CT-based American Copy Service Center Inc., one of the leading independent office solutions and document management dealers in the northeastern U.S., its fourth acquisition in 2017 and 14th during the past several years.
American Copy Service Center provides sales and service of Konica and Toshiba multifunctional products, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT/MNS solutions. The ACSC acquisition will give Visual Edge increased coverage across the Northeast.
