Distribution Management Expands Distribution Center Capacity in Northeast

(St. Louis, MO) January 4, 2016 – Distribution Management (DM) has expanded its Carlisle, PA distribution center to support high-volume demand in the northeast region. This, along with other recent DM expansions as well as an acquisition, aligns with DM’s overall plan to increase capacity of its distribution footprint to continue supporting the national and international shipping needs of its growing customer base.

DM hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the occasion on December 18th and began moving product into the new space on December 21st.

“It’s an exciting time for DM,” said Sean Fleming, CEO. “The continued expansion of our facilities is a direct result of growth trends in both of our business divisions, Supplies Network and DM Fulfillment. These investments in added space and order automation technology underscores our commitment to the markets we serve.”

“Order velocity continues to grow in the northeast region,” explains Rick Goe, VP of Supply Chain. “We’ve expanded this facility, its automation-systems and staff not only to meet our current needs, but to meet demand well into the future.”

Supply chain vendors, the distribution center staff and members of the executive team attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the expansion and growth of Distribution Management.
