Visual Edge Technology Adds MCM Business Systems, AXSA Inc. and XMC Inc. to its Strategy

Visual Edge Technology Inc. has completed the acquisitions of MCM Business Systems and AXSA Inc., two of the leading independent office solutions and document management dealers in their respective markets. The deals mark the fifth acquisition in 2017 and 15th over the past several years. Prosperity Plus Management Consulting also announced that it advised XMC Inc. of Memphis, TN, on its sale to Visual Edge.

Based in Canton, OH, Visual Edge Technology has a reputation for seeking out high-performing dealers to acquire across a broad geographic range. MCM provides sales and service of Konica multifunctional products, assorted office solution software, managed print services, and IT/MNS solutions throughout the state of West Virginia. This acquisition will give Visual Edge coverage across Clarksburg/Bridgeport and some 12-plus additional counties in West Virginia.

Christensen and his senior management team will continue in their current capacity in leading the company. AXSA Inc. is headquartered in Orlando, FL, with HP PageWide installations across the Southeastern United States.

Founder Bob Hamilton and his senior management team will continue in their current capacity in leading the company.
