The Colorado based Company R-JetTek has announced
the release of a new Vacuum Generator, Part #6010.
The Vacuum
Generator utilizes air from an air compressor and
converts it into a vacuum via a Venturi valve inside
the Vacuum Generator unit.
The device was
designed to pair with the EasyFill-M1, a tank
cartridge refilling tool that uses vacuum to produce
negative pressure inside the cartridge, thus pulling
the ink into the cartridge. Previously this was
accomplished by manually pulling on a syringe to
create the needed vacuum in order to properly
operate the M1.
The Vacuum
Generator replaces this manual operation reducing
hand fatigue and turning the M1 into a more
productive tool. In addition, with the additional
purchase of R-JetTek’s Hand Wand, the Vacuum
Generator can be used for countless other tasks,
such as the priming of print heads and evacuating
ink from cartridges just to name a few possible
applications.
The Vacuum
Generator measures only 8”x4”x1.5” (L x W x H) and
does not require electricity to operate. The vacuum
generator requires an air compressor that produces
at least 16 psi of air pressure.
