Question: I would like to know how to reset or adjust the touch screen panel on the Canon ir3250. (The bottom area has indicated but when I touch it, it is not affected.) Any suggestion or advice would be much appreciated.

Answer: I had a touch screen Minolta do that and I took it a look at it. When I hooked it back up and turned the machine back on, it all worked; I was amazed. Hope this helps!

Answer: In service mode, go to the function panel.  The screen should go gray and a little crosshair will be in the upper left hand corner. Use a stylus or a retracted pen and touch the center of the crosshair. It will move to several locations before it is finished. Be sure to touch it in the center every time until it is finished. Question: Thank you for your help.  I have followed your instructions to go to the * service / *function / * panel. Then the screen did not turn gray and had no little crosshair but was indicated as LCD CHk / led CHK.... Key Chk /Touch Check. I selected "Touch Chk " but nothing happened and the bottom row of the panel displayed Pre. /next. /+ - / Ok not responsibility.. Do you know anything else I could do to take care the problem? Pregunta: Me gustaría saber como resetear o ajustar  el panel de control táctil en  Canon ir 3250. (El área  inferior pero cuando lo toco no se ve afectado). Alguna sugerencia o consejo  sería muy apreciada.

Respuesta: Tuve pantalla táctil Minolta que hacía lo mismo cuando la  desconecte y la encendí de nuevo, todo funcionaba, Estaba asombrado, espero esto le sirva.

Respuesta: En el modo de servicio, vaya al panel de función. La pantalla debe de ser gris  una pequeña cruz deberá de estar en la parte superior izquierda. Utilice un lápiz  o una  pluma y toque el centro de la cruz. Se moverá hacia varias direcciones antes de que termine. Este seguro de tocar en el centro cada vez hasta que esté terminado. Mucha Suerte.

Pregunta: Gracias por su ayuda , He seguido sus instrucciones  yendo  servicio/función/ panel. Luego  la pantalla no se  volvió gris y no tenía la cruz pero indicaba LCD CHk/ledCHK…Key Chk/touchcheck. Seleccione  Touch Chk, pero no paso nada y el de la  columna de panel mostraba PRE./NEXT/+ -/Ok sin responsabilidad.. Usted sabrá algo más que pueda hacer  para resolver este problema?  Gracias de nuevo.
